How do I get my New Hire Kit?

Welcome to the team! Head over to the Employee Onboarding tab or click "Get Your Kit" on the homepage hero. You can choose one of three curated configurations (Kit A, B, or C) designed to get you started. Once you’ve made your selection, the onboarding prompt will disappear from your dashboard so you can focus on the road ahead.

What if I need something custom?

If you have a specific vision that isn't in our standard catalog, visit the Ad Hoc Requests section. Whether it’s for a special event or a regional marketing push, submit your details through our native form. You’ll receive a confirmation instantly, and a team member will follow up within 24–48 hours.

When will my gear arrive?

Delivery depends on how your items are produced:

In-Stock Essentials: Ready to move. These ship within 2–3 business days.
Custom Print (POD): Made just for you. These typically ship in 7–10 business days.
